Zeitgeist?

Zeitgeist.
first question to be asked. what is zeitgeist??

Zeitgeist (German pronunciation: [ˈtsaɪtɡaɪst] is "the spirit of the times" and/or "the spirit of the age." Zeitgeist is the general cultural, intellectual, ethical, spiritual, and/or political climate within a nation or even specific groups, along with the general ambience, morals, and sociocultural direction or mood of an era (similar to the English word mainstream or trend).

The term zeitgeist is from German Zeit- 'time' (cognate with English tide and "time") and Geist- 'spirit' (cognate with English ghost).


so, basically what is this movie trying to prove? let's check either this movie is worth watching or not.

First of all, im totally curious about the owner of the voices throughout the movie. The movie showed us blank dark screen with a voice behind it with a few bad transitions i must say. is he trying to hypnotize the viewers by that? well, try harder. introduction: failed. i couldn't concentrate and i was sooo curious about everything that he said as i am so afraid that i was dis-informed though the movie told us that they are trying to sell us the truth tickets.

Throughout the movie, we can divide one whole movie into three elements.

  1. Jesus Christ the fraud?
  2. 911
  3. Federal Reserves
For the first element. I was pretty intense on watching this part where i started to feel bad on watching this furthermore. Jesus Christ is the same person as we all known as Nabi Isa as. The teachings that he has been trying to spread to his men are the same as our beloved prophet Rasulullah SAW. Ages ago, before the new testament ever made, Christianity and Islam are about the same thing. The only difference that can be detected might be very thin and little. Because of the renewal of the Old Testament, the whole idea of Christianity has changed drastically. We'll talk about this later when we discuss about Byzantine.

Isa versi Islam merupakan seorang manusia 100%. Baginda hanya merupakan seorang nabi. Baginda tidak dibunuh dan disalib. Al-Quran telah menjelaskan hal ini dengan nyata:

“Dan kerana ucapan mereka : ‘Sesungguhnya kami telah membunuh Al-Masih, ‘Isa anak Maryam, Rasul Allah’, padahal mereka tidak membunuhnya dan tidak pula menyalibnya…” ( Surah An-Nissa: 157)

‘Isa versi Kristian adalah manusia/tuhan Yesus yang telah mati dibunuh oleh orang-orang Yahudi. Kitab Injil ada memberitakan hal ini:

“Tetapi ketika mereka sampai kepada Yesus dan melihat bahwa ia telah mati….” (Yohanes 19:33)

“Ia pergi menghadap Pilatus dan meminta mayat Yesus. Pilatus memerintahkan untuk menyerahkannya kepadanya. Dan Yusuf pun mengambil mayat itu….”(Matius 27:58-59)

kita perlu memahami pengakuan Nabi ‘Isa di dalam Al-Qur’an bahawa baginda bukanlah Tuhan Allah:

“Dan (ingatlah) ketika Allah berfirman: Hai ‘Isa putera Maryam, adakah kam mengatakan kepada manusia: ‘Jadikanlah aku dan ibuku dua orang tuhan selain Allah?’. ‘Isa menjawab: ‘Maha Suci Engkau (ya Allah), tidaklah patut bagiku mengatakan sesuatu yang bukan hakku (mengatakannya). Jika aku katakan demikian, maka tentu Engkau mengetahuinya. Engkau mengetahui apa yang ada dalam diriku dan aku tiada mengetahui apa yang ada pada diri (Zat) Engkau. Sesungguhnya Engkau Maha Mengetahui segala perkara yang ghaib.’” (Surah Al-Maidah: 116)

“Aku ['Isa Al-Masih] tidak pernah mengatakan kepada mereka kecuali apa yang Engkau perintahkan kepadaku, iaitu: Sembahlah Allah, Tuhanku dan Tuhanmu dan aku menjadi saksi atas mereka, selama aku hidup bersama mereka, Tatkala Engkau mewafatkanku, Engkaulah yang mengawasi mereka. Dan Engkau menjadi saksi atas tiap-tiap sesuatu.” (Surah Al-Maidah: 117)



Hence, I can say that the first part of the Zeitgeist movie mostly are full of craps. Yes, a bit harsh but that's the TRUTH.

architecture?




when i said architecture. what is the first thing that comes to your mind? buildings? arts? space? form?

Architecture also encompasses the pragmatic aspects of realizing designed spaces, such as project planning, cost estimating and construction administration. In fact, architecture today may refer to the activity of designing any kind of system and is often used in the IT world.

Architectural works are often perceived as cultural and political symbols and as works of art. Historical civilizations are often identified with their surviving architectural achievements."

Well, that was what wikipedia said about architect ure. I can say that more or less the definition of architecture stated above is almost correct!


why did i say almost?

to tell you the truth.


architect = prostitute


Why?


Architects won't have a job without clients coming to their door demanding their services. it's the same thing as the prostitutes. They worked for the sake of their clients. These two professions will follow whatever order that the client has made. They won't argue much. They will satisfy the client with their great job.


Now. are u agree with me? so, are we saying that architects are as bad as the prostitutes? Well, it depends on how you see it. But both of these professions are in the same level and rank. And indeed they are in the lowest rank in the society. SLAVES.


We are all indeed SLAVES to the high rank people; the clients whom we don't know much but we just follow the route that has been set for us a looonnng time ago.

history? or His Story?

RAK 344 - History and theory of ARCHITECTURE

This subject consists of two portions. The first part is HISTORY of ARCHITECTURE. Hence, what's come to my mind is we are all going to study and learn basically everything about history following every inch of what the book says. Well, my expectation dropped to the level 0.

On the first lecture, Mr. 1 B (Mr. Wan Burhanuddin) asked us a simple question. HOW DID YOU DEFINE HISTORY AND ARCHITECTURE?

It makes me wonder for a second. history? architecture? what is that?

If we reflect back during the junior high school where the subject of history was taught.. i still remember how the book define history.

The book says that History is actually from the combination of two words -His Story

indeed it is :
His Story

and if we translate it into bahsa Melayu:
Cerita Dia

so who is this 'dia' or 'his' in this history context? does this means that the book was telling LIES in the first place?

'Dia' creates stories more or less made it all up and transfer the stories into a medium (Book). and it was called History Book. or should we call it His Story Book?

Don't get panic too fast. we still haven't discuss about architecture just yet. a lot more to discover and we are still in the beginning.

The truth is lying right in front of your eyes n yet we still ignore it as we are the follower of virtual pathetic life that breath based on lies.
